What Is the Drop-Ship Program?

• Drop-shipping is a service that allows a vendor to ship a made to order item directly to you!

• Since each item is produced individually, this program allows us to include customizable designs among this vendor's online-exclusive offerings. (Note: Due to Color Shock's privacy policy, we are unable to print last names on customized items.)

• We offer our drop-ship items with all-inclusive pricing, meaning that the list price includes any shipping, design, manufacturing, and packaging fees for the item. Even though these items do not ship from the store, you will not be charged a separate shipping fee at checkout.

• Color Shock's drop-ship items are typically produced within 48–72 hours before being shipped UPS Ground. Because items are made to order, they are non-returnable. However, in the event that an item arrives damaged, misprinted, etc., please contact us—we'd be happy to help provide a refund or replacement!
