Campus Store Return Policy

Returning items ordered online or in-store is easy! For most returns, there is no need to contact us.

*Note that all textbook returns are handled by BNC Virtual, our online bookstore partners. To learn more about textbook returns, visit the BNC Virtual Help Center.


Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment of receipt of your shipment or purchase (excluding textbooks), you may return any item in new condition with the original packaging and accessories (including original tags) for any reason and recieve a full refund. We will even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. All purchases for return MUST be accompanied by the original sales receipt from an in-store purchase or the packing slip from an online order.

 

Packaging and sending your return

You will pay any fees for return shipping. Please include the original packing slip with the items you are returning. Wrap the package securely and ship the package to the address below. Please note the reason for your return. Be sure to use a traceable means and record the tracking number for future reference since we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

 

If you are returning a gift, include the packing slip with the item you are returning and indicate the reason for return. Wrap the package securely and ship to the return address. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number and/or the email address and name of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper.

Refunds

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Errors are to be determined by Campus Store staff.

 

Holiday Returns

We recognize that many customers do their holiday shopping in advance and that this might make it difficult to return gifts within the 14 day time period. Please note that we will accept returns of items purchased from November 15, 2022 to December 11, 2022 until January 27th, 2023.

 

In-store returns MUST be accompanied by an original sales receipt.

No store credit will be issued.

Clearance items and special orders (including Drop-Ship) are non-returnable.
