Campus Store Return Policy
All textbooks returns are handled by MBS Direct online. Please visit our homepage for details.
Textbook Sales are Now Online! Through a new partnership with textbook vendor MBS Direct, textbook sales are available online.
This new system gives students purchasing options from multiple vendors and potential savings of up to 95 percent. Digital content will also be accessible anytime, anywhere, on any device. Additionally, through MBS Direct, you will have guaranteed buyback, with an online buyback option, and the ability to see a buyback amount before purchase.
All major credit cards are accepted, in addition to PayPal, Jaycash and Student Financial Aid.
Course packs, lab manuals, and other course-specific supplies (such as googles and art supplies) will still be available in the store.
We recognize that many customers do their holiday shopping in advance and that this might make it difficult to return gifts within the 14-day time period. Please note that we will accept returns of items purchased from November 15 - December 31, 2019 until January 24th, 2020.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. *Error to be determined by Campus Store staff.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Include the original packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address below. Please note the reason for your return. Be sure to use a traceable means and record the tracking number for future reference since we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Send your return to:

If you are returning a gift, include the packing slip with the item you are returning and indicate the reason for return. Wrap the package securely and ship the package to the return address. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number and/or the email address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper. Please note if you would prefer store credit for purchases from our online catalog, otherwise credit would be issued to the original purchaser’s account.
In-store returns must be accompanied by original sales receipt for all returns and exchanges. No store credit will be issued.
